Job description

IBC Group is at the forefront of the Web3 revolution, driving innovation and growth in the blockchain and cryptocurrency space. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Web3 Social Media Manager to join our team and help us build a strong online presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies tailored to the Web3 ecosystem, targeting both crypto-native and non-crypto audiences.
  • Create, curate, and schedule content (text, image, video) across various social media platforms including Twitter (X), Discord, Telegram, LinkedIn, Reddit, and emerging Web3 platforms.
  • Engage with the community on a daily basis by responding to comments, messages, and mentions, fostering an inclusive and interactive environment.
  • Monitor social media trends and innovations in the Web3 space to keep the brand at the forefront of the industry.
  • Collaborate with influencers, partners, and ambassadors to amplify brand reach and participate in key Web3 conversations.
  • Manage social media campaigns, including NFT drops, token launches, and event promotions, ensuring they align with overall marketing strategies.
  • Analyze and report on performance metrics such as engagement, reach, follower growth, and community sentiment, and provide insights for improvement.
  • Coordinate with the content team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry standards in the Web3 space to ensure compliance with social media activities.
  • Participate in and create live event coverage (AMAs, Twitter Spaces, YouTube streams, etc.) to promote the brand and interact with the community in real time.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in the Web3 or blockchain space.
  • Strong understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, including blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards in the Web3 space.
