Job Title: Remote Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager (100% Work From Home)


Location: Remote from Latin America


Position Type: Full-time


Salary: $2,300 USD/month via wire transfer


Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00am - 6:00pm EST




Job Overview:

Our client is seeking a dynamic Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager to manage two co-founder accounts, the company's social media presence, and collaborate with 3-5 influencers monthly. They believe that their jewelry is a true reminder of life’s most precious moments. The company's main focus is to offer the best experience possible to their customers so that they can connect with their most cherished memories.


They are looking for someone who knows the trends, can create content that drives engagement, and can organize events that connect our client's brand with the community in meaningful ways. This role focuses on growing their online presence and building impactful partnerships.



Responsibilities:

  • Manage Co-Founder Accounts:
  • Develop and post content on platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn.
  • Elevate engagement and maintain a consistent personal brand tone.
  • Oversee Moonglow Jewelry Social Media:
  • Craft and implement strategies to increase brand awareness and sales.
  • Plan, create, and schedule content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Engage with followers and analyze social media performance.
  • Work with Influencers:
  • Build and manage relationships with 3-5 influencers each month.
  • Handle product gifting and oversee campaign execution.
  • Track and optimize influencer collaborations for successful outcomes.
  • Event Coordination:
  • Organize events that foster brand engagement and align with our social purpose.


Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies:

  • A deep understanding of social media trends and platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
  • Creative, organized, and skilled in building online engagement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for social media and brand-building is essential—experience is welcome but not required.
