Job Title: Remote Head of Marketing (100% Work From Home)


Location: Remote from Latin America


Position Type: Full-time


Salary: $1,700 - 2,000 USD/month depending on experience


Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8hrs per day Eastern Time



Job Overview:

Our client is a leading provider of residential plumbing and painting services in Florida. They are seeking a dynamic Marketing Leader to drive the company's growth strategy. This company, which recently merged two established businesses, is committed to delivering exceptional quality and service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote the company's services and attract new customers.

This role will lead all marketing efforts across digital, social, and traditional channels, working closely with leadership to align strategies with business objectives.


Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to the business Owner & President.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to grow both brands.
  • Personally create and deploy digital marketing campaigns across all channels.
  • Create content, branding, and advertising for Facebook, Instagram, Google, Bing, Nextdoor, Angie’s List, and other sources to drive traffic consistency across platforms.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to drive lead generation and customer engagement.
  • Analyzing website lead conversion rates and the effectiveness of promotions to determine what drives sales.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and vendors as needed, including SEM, SEO, PPC, and web development.
  • Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.
  • Routinely create and present reports on KPI’s to senior business leaders and ownership.
  • Regularly benchmark within and outside of our industry to ensure we’re informed of latest trends.
  • Become knowledgeable and proficient in key components of our businesses.
  • Greet and offer assistance to any customer who may call our office.


Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies:

  • Proven experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably in the home services industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to function well with a cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with analytics tools and marketing software (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight required.
  • Prioritize and handle multiple duties/projects at one time.
  • 2-5 years marketing experience required; marketing leadership preferred
  • Home services industry experience strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills
  • Outgoing personality and willing to work with the public and on daily basis
  • Highly professional and dependable
  • Strong written and communication skills in English is a must
