Internal Recruiter - Tech Client - Remote MCS Group is thrilled to be representing an innovative, forward thinking client, who currently require a Tech Recruiter on a 4 month temporary basis. The role As a Tech Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and pipelining technical talent, with the majority of roles being niche roles in Belfast. Company culture is highly important, therefore it is essential the Internal Recruiter will adopt an enthusiastic, positive approach, with the ability to fit into a fun environment, all while maintaining an exceptional sourcing service. The skillset Ideally, the Tech Recruiter will have extensive in-house recruitment experience in technology, however, agency recruiters with a proven track record of sourcing within technology will also be considered.
