Job description

Our client, a leading multinational technology conglomerate, is seeking a talented Technical Support Specialist to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a company that is at the forefront of innovation and shaping the future of technology.

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing users with technical support across software, hardware, and integrations. You will learn the company's support tools, delivering customer support via various channels as needed. You will investigate and troubleshoot technical issues and bugs, attempting to reproduce customer issues in internal test instances and escalating them promptly to higher support tiers or engineering as required. Additionally, you will collaborate with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and others to solicit cooperation and resolve problems.
