• A minimum of 5 years' experience in product development within the electronics manufacturing sector.
• Proven expertise overseeing the entire product development process, from initial concept to successful market launch.
• Strong familiarity with R&D methodologies, particularly in prototype development and testing.
• Experience in managing project plans and timelines to ensure product development is completed on schedule and within allocated budgets.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements pertinent to the electronics manufacturing industry.
• Proficient use of project management tools, such as Jira and Audio Precision.
• Exceptional communication abilities, with a talent for conveying complex information to various audiences.
