We are actively seeking experienced Legal/Judicial contract professionals with a strong background in transcribing depositions and hearings. This remote position allows you to work independently while collaborating with a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

Transcribe audio recordings of depositions, hearings, and other judicial proceedings into accurate, verbatim transcripts.
Adhere strictly to client-specific style guides and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Process and interpret complex audio content, ensuring clarity and precision in the final transcripts.

Required Skills

Proven experience in court reporting, scoping, or legal transcription is essential.
Exceptional listening skills, alongside outstanding literacy capabilities including spelling and grammar.
Strong commitment to meeting deadlines and a thorough understanding of legal terminology.
Proficiency in typing with both speed and accuracy.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote work environment.
Must be capable of handling potentially sensitive or offensive content.
Familiarity with Microsoft Word and the use of transcription technology is required.
