Key Responsibilities

• Accurately transcribe depositions, hearings, and other judicial proceedings.
• Maintain a strong focus on detail to produce precise verbatim transcripts.
• Process audio recordings while strictly adhering to established style guides.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in legal transcription, court reporting, or scoping.
• Exceptional listening skills and attention to detail.
• Strong adherence to deadlines and specific client style guides.
• Outstanding literacy skills, including spelling, grammar, and comprehension.
• Proficient typing abilities with a focus on both speed and accuracy.
• Comfortable processing sensitive audio/text content.
• Familiarity with legal terminology is essential.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Court reporting students are encouraged to apply.
