Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Finance Manager, Net Revenue to join our innovative team. In this integral position, you will contribute to a mission-driven organization that emphasizes holistic, patient-centered care. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely, allowing for flexibility while you support our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team in managing a network of healthcare facilities, including hospitals and medical groups across various regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the FP&A team to enhance financial operations within a network of healthcare entities.
  • Utilize the Kodiak RCA (Revenue Cycle Analytics) system to optimize financial processes.
  • Serve as a vital communication bridge between corporate FP&A and local finance teams, ensuring clarity and timely updates.
  • Promote standardized approaches in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to drive financial performance.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts to derive insights on revenue and expense metrics.
  • Aggregate and interpret divisional financial performance data and identify essential business drivers.
  • Partner with divisional leadership on operational KPIs and initiatives for improvement.
  • Provide support to local finance teams through various projects and ad-hoc analyses, employing financial reporting tools such as Essbase and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM).

Required Skills

  • At least 5 years of relevant finance experience, particularly in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or similar roles within healthcare or multi-facility organizations.
  • Proficient in the use of the Kodiak RCA system; familiarity with comparable analytics platforms is advantageous.
  • Strong grasp of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis methodologies.
  • Expertise in financial reporting tools, especially Essbase and HFM.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including the ability to develop complex financial models and perform detailed data analytics.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with divisional leaders and subject matter experts.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and regulatory compliance in financial operations.
  • Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a Finance-related discipline is required.
  • Preferred qualifications include an MBA with a focus on finance, HFMA or FACHE certifications, and CPA designation.

Compensation And Benefits

  • Salary Range: \(75,088 - \)185,348 annually, determined by the employee’s state of residence.
