About the Role

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, financial reporting, and analysis. This role is key in ensuring the integrity of financial information, preparing reports, and providing insights that drive business decisions for our clients.

What you’ll do

• Work directly with clients to analyze financials, clean up accounting books, improve processes, and provide exceptional accounting support.
• Help business owners understand their financial position in a clear, insightful, and actionable manner.
• Manage a broad range of tasks, from onboarding new clients to creating and delivering accounting SOP manuals.
• Confidently communicate with clients, regardless of their financial expertise, serving as a trusted advisor.
• Present financial reports and insights to C-suite executives and decision-makers, tailoring communication to various audiences.
• Adapt to the fast-paced environment of startups, providing agile and effective financial solutions.
