About The Role

Base.com is growing, and we’re looking for a talented Ecommerce Implementation Specialist to become a key player in supporting customers when on-boarding onto Base.com. you’ll work with some of the top e-commerce brands and retailers in the UK, delivering impactful implementations that take their businesses to the next level.

Experience

  • 3+ years experience implementing Base.com or other similar SaaS e-commerce solutions
  • Solid understanding of the UK e-commerce landscape, and experience working with e-commerce retailers and brands
  • Strong communication and client relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines with ease
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and PHP
  • Knowledge of ERP systems
  • Experience configuring and managing online stores

Tasks

  • Lead and manage end-to-end implementation projects for Base.com customers, ensuring smooth onboarding and system integration
  • Analyse customer requirements, providing tailored recommendations and best practice solutions
  • Deliver technical demos with customers while onboarding onto Base.com
  • Craft detailed plans, timelines, and roadmaps for multiple projects
  • Configure and customise Base.com systems to meet client needs
  • Design and implement solutions that optimise clients' workflows
  • Engage with clients to understand their business goals and align our solutions to enhance their operations
  • Evaluate the success of each project by measuring outcomes against set goals
  • Help customers integrate additional tools to enhance their Base.com system
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during implementation, ensuring minimal disruption to the customer
  • Attendance at key industry events and on-site customer implementations
