Responsibilities

Guide Czech-speaking clients through the onboarding process for digital subscriptions.
Manage customer inquiries and provide tailored support to drive satisfaction and retention.
Analyze customer usage data and devise strategies to enhance their experience.
Work closely with teams to resolve any service-related issues swiftly.
Educate customers on product features and best practices to maximize their value.
Gather feedback and insights to contribute to product development and improvement.
Monitor customer health and proactively address any concerns to encourage loyalty.

Requirements

Fluent in Czech (both spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
Experience in customer success, account management, or similar roles is preferred.
Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data and usage trends.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a customer-oriented mindset.
