Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Platforms Product Owner to manage and streamline operations across key customer success tools, such as CRMs (e.g., Gainsight, Totango) and Salesforce-native applications. This role focuses on aligning these platforms with the needs of the Customer Success teams, driving efficiencies by designing workflow requirements and dashboards, and coordinating business needs across various teams.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

  • Optimize Customer Success Platforms: Ensure the effective use of Customer Success tools (e.g., Totango, Gainsight) to support business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
  • Coordination & Streamlining: Serve as a central point of contact to ensure seamless execution of customer success CRM initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Persona Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to define platform use cases for various roles (e.g., Customer Success Managers, Digital Customer Outcomes, Customer Reliability Engineers) and ensure functionality meets their specific needs.
  • Business Requirements: Partner with Customer Success and Revenue Operations teams to document and coordinate workflow business requirements.
  • Dashboard Creation: Work with CRM System Administrators to develop and refine dashboards for Customer Success Managers and Engineers, ensuring that data is actionable and aligned with strategic goals.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Expertise in Customer Success CRMs (required): Proven experience in implementing and designing workflows, processes, and dashboards within platforms like Gainsight (and ideally Totango).
  • Implementation & Design: Strong skills in designing workflows and processes within customer success platforms to drive efficiency and clarity.
  • Collaboration (preferred): Ability to work with internal teams to align feature functionality with the company's customer success strategy.
  • Familiarity with Git-based Platforms (preferred): Experience with platforms like GitHub or similar tools is preferred, as the role involves working within repositories, issues, and project management systems.
  • Remote Work Experience (preferred): Familiarity with working in a 100% remote, globally distributed team is highly valued.

Compensation range for position is $ 108,000 – 120,000 DOE.
