  • Change Management: Lead change management efforts to ensure that all finance teams are effectively onboarded to new systems and processes, minimising disruption and maximising adoption.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify and manage program risks, working with stakeholders to develop mitigation plans and ensure the program stays on track.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with IT, data, and other relevant teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of finance systems with broader organisational technology stacks.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Extensive experience in finance programme management, with a proven track record of delivering finance transformation projects, preferably within Dynamics Business Central.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance.
