This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 20 hours/week Monday - Thursday 8am-12pm & 1pm - 2pm Bonney Lake, WA Time

As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be at the forefront of driving business growth in the commercial HVAC sector. You’ll manage the crucial first stages of the sales pipeline, from lead generation to appointment setting, directly influencing the division’s success. You’ll work closely with experienced Account Executives, gaining invaluable insights into the HVAC services market while contributing to the team’s impressive revenue growth.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth research to identify and qualify potential leads in the commercial HVAC market
  • Execute a multi-channel outreach strategy, including crafting compelling email campaigns and making persuasive cold calls
  • Schedule and coordinate qualified appointments for Account Executives, ensuring a steady flow of high-potential opportunities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information in Excel spreadsheets, ensuring data integrity for the sales process
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates
  • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting
  • Adapt quickly to industry trends and client needs, continuously improving your approach to maximize results


Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B sales development, appointment setting, or related roles
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage decision-makers effectively
  • Proficiency in Excel for managing and analyzing lead data
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Resilience and persistence in handling objections and maintaining a positive attitude
  • Basic understanding of the HVAC industry or willingness to quickly learn about commercial building services
  • Results-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed performance metrics
  • Comfortable with a flexible, part-time schedule of 20 hours per week
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to various communication and productivity tools
