About You

As the Key Account Activator for Kimberly-Clark Professional, you will be responsible to support Key Account Managers to grow and retain Kimberly-Clark’s Accounts and business, through activation at contract / site level of category penetration, execution of campaigns and loyalty programs with key end-users.

You will report directly to the Head of Key Accounts for Kimberly-Clark Professional.

Location: we can offer an opportunity on remote for candidates already based in Germany.

YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Grows existing Business with Key Accounts by driving penetration across categories at a branch or contract level with key customer stakeholders by:

    • Executing detailed planning developed with the Key Account Manager for proper category penetration

    • Coordinating product trials with branches/contracts

    • Engaging at branch/local level to demonstrate Kimberly-Clark Professional solutions value proposition.

    • Maintains existing businesses with key End User Accounts by engaging targeted end user customers in regular contact to understand their business needs and identify buying behavior and value drivers to best position current and new products and solutions.​

  • Collaborates with Development Account Managers (DAM) and Senior DAMs to initiate / build relationship with the prospective end-customers while at the same time driving penetration.​

  • Create relationships with customers to identify their needs and drive sales.

  • Embraces digital technology (video, social media, eCommerce) to identify leads and business opportunities. ​

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

  • Previous professional experience in Sales

  • Languages: Fluent English and German

  • Functional Skills: Digital Selling, pipeline management.

  • Competencies: Business Acumen, Revenue Growth Management, Selling with Insights & Analytical Reasoning, Negotiation

  • Mindsets: Demonstrates agility adapting to new situations quickly, relationship oriented, proactivity. Sense of urgency. Active learning and active listening.
