Job description

The Systems & Integrations sales manager will be responsible to develop business relationship and network for Systems & Integrations market in EMEA, works to deploy Evident marketing plan in tandem with Evident Systems&Integrations global sale team and provide guidance to local sales team and distributors towards the achievement of maximum growth while maintaining profitability in line with company goals and objectives. In collaboration with the local and global technical sales team, the Systems&Integrations sales manager promote Evident leading technology in EMEA market and support technically the distributors for a better understanding of the End-Users requirements.

Working in a branch Sales office, the Systems&Integrations sales manager will travel frequently to visit potential customers. This position reports to the Head of NDT Systems & Integration sales EMEA.

Aufgaben

  • Frequently visit existing and potential customers to promote Evident leading technologies in EMEA market.
  • Make an accurate sales forecast and report consistently on a monthly basis to headquarter.
  • Coordinate local sales activities for Systems&Integrations opportunities in collaboration with Evident global sales team.
  • Support and guide distributors to provide adequate inspection solutions to the End-Users requirements.
  • Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
  • Collect all marketing information to build SWOT analysis of EMEA market.
  • Develop Integrators sales network further in EMEA for the sale of integrated instrumentations and manage the large systems distribution channel.
  • To investigate the NDT needs in the targeted industries of the Evident strategic plan.

Qualifikation

  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The person must be able to provide detailed, written reports that effectively communicate the needs of customers and market situation
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Must have the ability to organize and prioritize.
  • Good English communication is required.
  • Good understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements in at least one of the following industries, steel manufacturing, transport, aerospace, oil&gas and power generation.
  • Excel in fast paced environment, self-motivation is a must.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
