We are looking for a Senior Consultant specializing in SAP SuccessFactors.

Aufgaben

What Will Your Role Involve?

Lead and support various consulting projects related to SAP SuccessFactors modules, from initial conception to implementation and optimization.
Collaborate with clients to support them on their journey into Human Experience Management (HXM).
Solve not only technical challenges but also guide customer teams in project organization and process modernization.
Take responsibility for a module or the entire project as a lead consultant within cutting-edge projects.
Work independently while contributing to a supportive team that encourages idea-sharing and collaboration.

Qualifikation

What You Bring

Extensive experience in several implementation projects of SAP SuccessFactors modules.
Very good knowledge and, ideally, certification in one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules (missing certifications can be obtained as your competence is key to us).
Proven ability to work autonomously with a high degree of self-organization.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to guide and support less experienced consultants.
Experience managing smaller projects is desirable.
Fluency in German and strong English skills, both written and spoken.
Willingness to travel moderately and a strong passion for learning and sharing knowledge with colleagues.
