Job Summary

What we are looking for:

Experienced Product Leader to join our team to accelerate product enhancements to support productized solutions in industry verticals. This position is essential for ensuring the Intelepeer platform provides outcomes that enhance customer engagement and streamline the Conversational AI and automated interactions across calls, chats, SMS/MMS and other channels.

You will work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to prioritize and build innovative features that meet the evolving needs of our customers. The successful candidate is passionate about customer experience, automation and AI.

Responsibilities

List the essential job duties that are specific to the position.

• Drive the development of reusable components and industry specific capabilities in our platform in conjunction with the Automation and AI teams.
• Work with Sales and Marketing to create collateral on solutions.
• Identify industry trends and use cases that can productized leveraging the IntelePeer platform.
• Manage a team of PMs to define and ship various aspects of solutions and core platform features.
• Craft and implement a forward-thinking product strategy and roadmap.
• Develop comprehensive business cases and financial models to guide product development and investment.
• Stay ahead of the curve by continuously researching market trends, customer needs, and the latest in data, AI and analytics technology.
• Serve as the go-to expert on IntelePeer platform products and services, spreading the word both internally and externally.
• Work directly with cross-functional teams—engineering, design, marketing, managed solutions, and sales—to lead the delivery of outstanding data products on time and within budget.
• Work closely with customers IT team, data scientists, analysts, and other business stakeholders to ensure data products are meeting the business needs.
• Ensure our products meet all security and data privacy standards, working closely with legal and infosec teams
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Experience with modern product management tools and methodologies
• Experience with AI and machine learning concepts, technologies, and platforms
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Demonstrated success in delivering products on time and within budget.
• Problem solver driven by curiosity and desire to take action
  
  

Education And Experience

• Direct experience defining, delivering and supporting solutions for enterprise companies
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Experience/Understanding of privacy by design & privacy requirements (HIPAA, GDPR, PCI, etc) in the context of Big Data and ML.
• Experience working with product management tools including Salesforce, JIRA, Confluence.
