Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for administrative excellence? Azurreo is seeking a dynamic Administrative Assistant to join our remote team. This full-time position requires availability for 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, from Monday to Friday. Tasks

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Shipments: Oversee and coordinate the logistics of shipments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Contract Handling: Review, manage, and maintain contracts and various critical documents.
  • Booking Coordination: Organize travel and accommodations efficiently for team members and clients.
  • Expense Management: Collaborate with the finance team to monitor and manage expenses effectively.
  • Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks to enhance team productivity and efficiency.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an administrative role, showcasing strong organizational skills.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English (B1-B2) and French (C1).

  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous in reviewing documents and managing tasks.
  • Time Management: Proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines consistently.
