What You’ll Be Doing

The Talent Acquisition Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and executing strategic initiatives within the talent acquisition function.This position requires project management and talent acquisition knowledge.The Talent Acquisition Project Manager will assist in driving the success of our talent acquisition projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

Project Planning And Execution

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining key milestones, deliverables, and timelines for talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to execute projects efficiently and ensure timely completion.
  • Monitor and manage project and or new program risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Performs recruiting outreach activities to build recruiting relationships and increase candidate flow.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, business partners, and other stakeholders on process changes and training opportunities.
  • Communicate project and program updates, progress, risks, and potential roadblocks to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Attend kick-off calls for program launches and update meetings in support of talent acquisition as requested by stakeholders.
  • Provide recruiting support to talent acquisition by sourcing and identifying qualified talent for open positions as needed.

Process Improvement

  • Evaluate and streamline existing recruiting workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and technology integration to optimize recruitment workflows.
  • Lead projects for ATS system enhancements and conduct system testing

Compliance And Best Practices

  • Stay informed about industry trends, changing market conditions, regulations, and best practices in talent acquisition to support a global recruitment strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations in all talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Gather and report important data for projects and audits.
  • Provides reports and updates to upper management as needed

What You Bring To The Role

  • Bachelor's degree and/or 3+ years of equivalent experience and/or PMP Certification required.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in talent acquisition, HR, or project management environment.
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, recruitment, and onboarding.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of project management tools and technology
