Responsibilities:
► Call customers to schedule an account review meeting
► Respond to customers in tickets when related application issues, scheduling, website edits, follow ups, etc.
► Review marketing strategy with the marketing team, to confirm exactly what needs to be done to improve the customer performance
► Review reports before sending to customers and going into account review meetings
► Setting up strategy for account review meetings (advanced)
► Follow-up with health care professionals
► Coordinate with US-based team.
► Preferably Young, agile and Can do attitude
► Knowledge of Product installation and implementation.
► Excellent written and verbal communication skill
► Willing to work in US shift
