Scrum Master with German Language Skills

We are looking for a Scrum Master with German language skills to join our team and support the development and efficiency of our Scrum teams. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile processes, promote collaboration, and remove obstacles to ensure smooth project delivery in line with the Scrum framework. Key Responsibilities

• Plan and lead Scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Support the team in preparing for PI Planning, identifying risks, and creating PI plans.
• Collaborate with RTE and other Scrum Masters to ensure the smooth execution of PI Planning.
• Coordinate team activities within the Agile Release Train (ART) and ensure value delivery.
• Mentor the Scrum team to understand and implement Agile principles, promoting self-organization and continuous improvement.
• Identify and eliminate obstacles that may hinder the team's progress.
• Build an environment of trust, transparency, and open communication within the team.
• Shield the team from external disruptions and unnecessary distractions.
• Track team progress using Agile metrics and assist in analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Encourage a culture of continuous improvement by conducting retrospectives and implementing process enhancements.
• Ensure clear communication and openness across all levels of the organization.
• Support the team by addressing their needs, empowering them to perform at their best, and ensuring they meet their goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Certifications such as PSM I/II, SAFe Agile preferrerd
• Proficiency in the German language (B2/C1 level).
• Experience working in multinational, distributed teams.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks.
• Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster collaboration in a multicultural environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience working with scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe.
• Previous experience in industries such as IT, software development, or digital services.
• Knowledge of Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and capacity planning.
