We are always growing. Currently, our client is expanding rapidly, therefore we are looking for a professional Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential candidates for executive roles.
  • Utilize various souring methods, including databases, social media, SuccessFactors, LinkedIn, Indeed, and networking to build a robust pipeline for current and future recruiting engagements.
  • Develop detailed candidate profiles and reports for review by Executive Recruiter and hiring managers.
  • Analyze and interpret LinkedIn Hiring Insights to inform search strategies.
  • Organize data to provide clear pictures of the talent pool, enabling data-driven strategies and influencing business decisions.
  • Collaborate with Executive Recruiter to understand hiring manager needs and refine search criteria.
  • Ensure confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.


What you will bring:

  • 3+ years of proven experience as a sourcer.
  • 1 year of supporting Executive Search - beneficial.
  • History of collaborating successfully with recruiters and business leaders.
  • Expertise in building talent pipelines and sourcing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of data and analytics to support talent market research.
  • Experience with various sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Boards and creative Boolean searches.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and attract passive talent.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven experience building and maintaining multiple active pipelines of talent across multiple functional areas.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
