Job description

Position Summary

We’re seeking an innovative and results-driven Head of Growth Marketing to spearhead our business expansion efforts. In this role, you'll lead dynamic, data-driven growth initiatives while working closely across departments to drive impactful strategies. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of unlocking growth through collaboration, creativity, and continuous optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a Comprehensive Growth Strategy
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO to design a full growth strategy that leverages both new and existing channels.
  • Conduct a thorough analysis of current marketing efforts, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
  • Identify and propose new customer acquisition channels for experimentation and scaling.
  • Results-Driven Approach and Reporting
  • Work with the CEO to define clear goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) for tracking marketing success.
  • Develop easy-to-understand dashboards to monitor performance and share progress with the team.
  • Regularly analyze results, making data-backed decisions to optimize strategies and drive improvements.
  • Optimize Existing Marketing Channels

Content Strategy & Brand Awareness

  • Develop and execute a LinkedIn strategy alongside the CEO to share key results and SEO insights with our audience.
  • Create and continuously optimize free resources to build brand awareness and engage potential customers.

SEO Strategy

  • Enhance SEO efforts through click-through rate (CTR) analysis, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and regular audits to uncover new keyword opportunities.
  • Lead content creation for SEO, working independently on complex topics or in collaboration with freelancers.
  • Build a robust backlink strategy through proactive outreach efforts.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

  • Conduct A/B testing and session analyses to optimize the website's performance.
  • Develop and refine case study pages, solution pages, and funnel pages while proposing new content to improve conversion rates.

Application Onboarding & Retention

  • Contribute to pricing strategy discussions, ensuring alignment with growth objectives.
  • Provide strategic advice on improving feature adoption, including regular updates to the help center.

Paid Advertising

  • Optimize and manage Google Ads and Shopify ads.
  • Oversee LinkedIn retargeting efforts to maximize ad effectiveness.
  • Explore New Channels and Opportunities

Partnership Programs

  • Design and implement a referral and partnership program to foster new business opportunities.
  • Develop a strategy for acquiring and engaging new partners, including co-marketing initiatives and collaborative events.

Cold Outreach

  • Lead efforts in cold outreach to secure new partnerships and backlinks.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure data quality for outreach efforts.

New Marketing Channels

  • Identify, launch, and scale emerging marketing channels to drive growth.
  • Future Growth and Team Expansion
  • As the company evolves, this role will also adapt, with opportunities to hire additional marketing specialists to support achieving growth objectives.
