  • Communicate and align product vision and roadmap with cross-functional leadership across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Operations, and Finance.
  • Lead discovery and business case development, collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams on projects that impact warehouse fulfillment P&L, making informed trade-offs to optimize across timeline, resources, scope, and costs
  • Oversee agile execution of the product roadmap with a highly aligned cross-functional team that is able to run at full speed
  • Define and manage objectives and key results (OKRs) to drive accountability and ensure measurable progress towards goals.
  • Maintain a data-first mindset, aligning enterprise-wide metrics, data structures, and processes to support ongoing reporting, analytics, and data visibility needs in warehouse fulfillment.
  • Advocate for decisions that prioritize long-term benefits while mitigating short-term risks, protecting system resiliency and data integrity across warehouse operations.
We’re excited about you because…

  • You have a background in product management focused on driving Supply Chain/Logistics best practice processes, with a history of successfully leading product initiatives at scale.
  • You bring deep functional expertise in WMS (warehouse management systems) and Supply Chain applications with bonus points for experience with Softeon or other off-the-self WMS systems
  • You have a strong understanding of core operational processes, including warehouse functions, supply chain optimization, and driving efficiencies/cost savings.
