Specifically, ITK configures business applications using the Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and the Microsoft 365 suite of products to deliver program, grant, service, case and stakeholder management solutions. ITK serves a number of markets across Canada, including government, real estate, not-for-profit, financial services, and manufacturing.

POSITION PROFILE:

As ITK continues to grow, we are looking for Power Platform Functional Consultants of all levels who have experience and a passion for designing and implementing business applications, using primarily Microsoft Power Platform tools, to make our clients’ businesses work better.  

We are looking for both Permanent Full-time Employees and Sub-contractors. Planned onboarding beginning as early as November 2024 through to March 2025 depending on experience level and fit for upcoming client projects. 

Job duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

• Working with clients and team members to gather, analyze, and document business requirements utilizing multiple Agile techniques to support client and stakeholder objectives; 

• Developing and documenting conceptual / logical data models and undertaking detailed data mapping and data migration planning;  

• Designing and configuring automated business process flows; 

• Configuring business applications (Model Driven, Canvas and Power Pages), including building forms, views and process automation using Power Platform tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, Power BI, and Microsoft Copilot Studio; 

• Conducting gap analyses and facilitating group processes and/or document design and review sessions; 

• Assisting in the development and execution of functional tests and coordinating UAT test activities; 

• Analyzing data using Power BI visualizations and dashboards; 

• Assisting in the design and development of data integrations using a variety of tools from Excel imports to Azure Data Factory / Azure Synapse Pipelines; and 

• Creating user and technical documentation. 

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS - Must Haves:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience configuring business applications utilizing Microsoft Power Apps, Dynamics 365, or other low-code application development platforms.
• Experience working in an Agile / continuous delivery development environment and demonstrated knowledge of software development methodologies.
• Appropriate post-secondary degree in a related discipline.
• Superior analytical, evaluative thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Appropriate Dynamics and / or Power Platform related Microsoft Certifications.

QUALIFICATIONS - Nice to Haves:

• Quantifiable experience with reporting and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SSRS).
• Experience working in a consulting environment.
• Familiar with Azure DevOps, Jira or similar agile work item management systems.
• Experience with Azure Logic, Azure Data Factory and Integration Services.
• Web development experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
