About this role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Director to join our team. This role is perfect for a forward-thinking HR leader who can drive strategic initiatives and build a people-centric culture from the ground up. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and implementing HR policies, collaborating with leadership, and understanding the unique needs of the IT industry.

How will your daily work look like?
  • Leadership Collaboration: Partner closely with the executive team and mid-level management to align HR strategies with business goals and ensure HR solutions meet the evolving needs of the organization
  • International Team Building & Management: Develop teams across multiple locations, fostering collaboration and performance excellence
  • IT Industry Expertise: Dealing with the unique challenges of the tech industry, such as remote work, flexible arrangements, shortage of skilled workers and rapid evolution of technology
  • Key HR Areas of Focus:
    • Manage and implement best practices across the entire employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, development, performance management and rewards
    • Design and manage career paths, performance reviews, and employee development programs
    • Build effective compensation matrices, incentive structures, and bonus systems that balance cost-efficiency with employee retention
    • Conduct strategic workforce planning to identify and fill critical roles, ensuring the right people are in the right positions
    • Develop and implement HR policies, regulations, and processes from scratch, tailored to the company’s needs


What qualifications do you need to join us?
  • 10+ years of HR mastery, particularly in the consulting, digital and technology sectors with a proven track record of accomplishments with measurable business impact, preferred in 150+ employee organisations
  • Proven experience in leading transformation aligned with business goals
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
  • Experience creating and implementing processes and programs focused on talent development and retention
  • Skilled in coaching and developing leadership at all organizational levels
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain high energy across organizations
  • Fluent both Polish and English
  • Previous experience as a coach or trainer is a plus
