Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to Dutch-speaking clients, primarily in the electronics field.
Assist customers with inquiries about products, services, and technical support.
Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s offerings to provide accurate information.
Document customer interactions and solutions for continuous service improvement.
Collaborate closely with team members to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

Fluent in Dutch (both spoken and written) with strong communication skills.
Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
Experience in customer service, especially in electronics or technology, is highly preferred.
Self-driven and capable of resolving problems efficiently.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
A positive attitude and a dedication to helping customers.
Willingness to work in Athens, Greece, and adapt to the local culture.
