The role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Product & Delivery Manager to join our software consultancy team. The Product & Delivery Manager will play a critical role in driving the success of our client-focused software solutions, from initial strategy through to delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Business Analysis within software development, an understanding of the consultancy business model, and the ability to manage complex projects across multiple stakeholders.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between client needs, engineering teams, and business objectives to deliver high-quality, custom software Products and services that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Product Strategy:
Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, pain points, and technology needs. Translate these insights into clear Product visions and roadmaps tailored to their unique requirements.

Product Roadmap & Backlog Management:
Define and manage the Product roadmap for multiple client projects. Ensure alignment between client goals, technical feasibility, and timelines. Prioritize features and functionalities to maximize impact for both the client and the business.

Delivery Management:
Oversee the entire Product lifecycle from ideation to delivery, including project scoping, sprint planning, and post-launch support. Ensure all milestones are met and that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Cross-functional Collaboration:
Serve as the key point of contact between clients and cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and quality assurance, ensuring clear communication and smooth execution of project goals.

Custom Solution Design:
Collaborate with technical architects and engineering teams to define custom software solutions that meet client specifications. Provide feedback and ensure that solutions are scalable, maintainable, and meet quality standards.

Stakeholder Communication & Reporting:
Regularly update clients and internal stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and next steps. Present Product roadmaps, timelines, and KPIs to ensure transparency and alignment.

Performance Tracking & Iteration:
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and user adoption post-launch. Use data to drive continuous Product improvement and to inform future iterations.
 

Experience & Skills:
  • 3-7+ years of Product / Delivery management experience in software development, with experience working in a consultancy or client-facing environment beneficial.
  • Strong background in Business Analysis.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful, custom software Products for clients, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in managing full Product life cycles, from ideation to delivery and beyond.
  • Strong technical acumen, with a deep understanding of software development processes, frameworks, and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience presenting to and managing client relationships.
  • Proficiency in Product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello)
  • A customer-centric mindset with a strong focus on solving real-world problems through custom software solutions.
