Essential Requirement:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- At least 3+ years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping.
- Has experience in the Real estate industry
- preferably has worked with Australian companies previously.
- Proficient in using various accounting software e.g (Quickbooks, SAP, Xero, MYOB., etc)

We seek a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant/Bookkeeper to manage our financial transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with legal requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, possess analytical skills, and demonstrate the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and examine financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and tax returns.
- Ensure all financial data and documentation comply with federal, state, and local financial regulations.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
- Maintain general ledgers and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for management review.
- Assist in tax planning and tax compliance activities.
- Conduct financial audits and liaise with external auditors as necessary.
- Monitor and report on financial transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Provide financial analysis and support for decision-making on investment strategies and cost-reduction measures.
- Handle payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve financial performance and business processes.
