The Opportunity:

1 year work term: January - December 2025

How You Will Contribute:

This internship with the Field Marketing CALA Team aims to provide a comprehensive and practical learning experience in field marketing, demand generation, account management, data management and project support. The intern will work closely with the CALA Field Marketing team and gain hands-on experience in developing process, managing projects, and supporting various marketing initiatives.

1. Development and Implementation of Campaigns for Demand Generation

-A understanding of marketing principles and strategies for developing effective demand generation campaigns (target audience segmentation, positioning, and messaging)

-Ability to plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns, setting campaign objectives, defining target metrics, creating timelines, and coordinating with cross-functional teams

-Developing compelling, customize and engaging content, crafting messages that resonate with the target audience

-The ability to analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide actionable insights. Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and platforms will help in measuring campaign effectiveness and optimizing future efforts

2. Post-Event/Activity Project:

- Develop a Post-Event/Campaign/Activity Follow-Up Blueprint for use across CALA

- Integrate with Salesforce: Implement and manage SFDC campaign codes

- Manage Event List Management: Handle the upload of event lists into SFDC, ensuring accuracy and consistency

- Design and execute a Post-Event Communication Plan/Campaign or Activity Report, including email templates, external feedback surveys, and internal recap templates

- Track key metrics such as the number of attendees and connections made at booths, face-to-face events, dinners, and receptions. Develop a dashboard to present these metrics effectively

- Address the backlog of event lists needing upload, ensuring uniformity across the Field Marketing team

3. Team Project Support:

- Provide support for various projects based on the intern's marketing interests/curiosity and business requirements

- Opportunities include event management, data analysis, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and social media strategy development

- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

- Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Assets:

· Experience with Salesforce Dot Com (SFDC) is a plus but not a requirement

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
