WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Sales Incentive Analyst will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing sales compensation plans that attract, motivate, and retain top sales talent. The role will need to have a strong background in financial analysis, sales operations, or compensation management, with an ability to work cross-functionally to support the sales organization's strategic objectives. The Sales Incentive Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring that our sales compensation programs are competitive, transparent, and effectively drive performance.

This position will work remote in the United States.
HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME
- Compensation Plan Administration: Managing the day-to-day operations of compensation plans, including processing commissions, bonuses, and other incentive payments.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyzing sales performance data to assess the effectiveness of compensation plans and ensure payouts are accurate and fair.
- Problem-Solving and Dispute Resolution: Addressing questions and concerns from the sales team regarding compensation and resolving any disputes or errors in payment.
- Systems and Tools Management: Maintaining and updating the systems used for tracking sales performance and calculating compensation.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 3+ years of sales compensation or commissions experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency with CRM systems, data analysis, and reporting tools
- Proficiency with Sales Commission software;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and to clearly convey strategies, results, and insights to stakeholders
- Solid understanding of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Proficient in sales data analysis for trend identification, forecasting, and performance measurement, with the ability to address and resolve sales compensation issues
