As a licensed mental health counselor, you’ll work from anywhere while being part of a mission-driven organization dedicated to transforming care.

Salary Range: $110,000 to $130,000

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver remote therapy through live video sessions, focusing on evidence-based care
• Monitor and document participant progress, offering follow-up care as needed
• Collaborate with a dedicated care team to ensure holistic support for participants
• Manage high-risk situations carefully, following safety guidelines
• Engage in team meetings and receive ongoing support from supervisors

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited program.
• Active California state license such as LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.
• Minimum 2 year of experience in providing mental health counseling services.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Strong computer skills including word processing, e-mail systems, spreadsheets, and electronic medical records.
