In this fully remote role, you will provide vital mental health services primarily via telehealth, ensuring a compassionate approach to treatment. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, therapy sessions, and maintaining accurate and timely documentation, all while benefiting from a supportive and innovative work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to a diverse range of clients.
• Conduct intakes and facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions as applicable.
• Provide comprehensive mental health assessments, counseling, referrals, and intervention services.
• Ensure accurate documentation in compliance with Federal, State, and organizational regulations.
  
  

Required Skills

• Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Active LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC license in Washington State.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant mental health experience.
• Access to a computer, webcam, reliable internet, and a private, quiet space for conducting sessions.
• Preferred experience in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Evidence-Based Practices, and telehealth services.
  
  

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in mental health therapy or related fields is required.
• Must possess an active LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC license in Washington State.
