Salary Range: $110,000 to $130,000

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide weekly, remote therapy sessions using evidence-based methods
• Monitor client progress, offer support, and document sessions
• Work with a collaborative care team to ensure participants get the resources they need
• Handle high-risk situations with care and attention to safety protocols
• Participate in team meetings to stay connected and grow with our mission

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited program.
• Active California state license such as LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.
• Minimum 2 year of experience in providing mental health counseling services.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Strong computer skills including word processing, e-mail systems, spreadsheets, and electronic medical records.
