Qualifications:
Minimum of one year experience with Workday HRIS, Proficient knowledge of HRIS systems including Workday, Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Experience in Tier 1 technical support preferred, Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
Key responsabilities:
- Respond to and resolve Tier 1 support tickets
- Investigate and troubleshoot Workday-related issues
- Maintain HR data integrity through audits and corrections
- Generate and distribute ad-hoc reports from Workday
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to optimize systems
