This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, represent clients in court as a first chair, and mentor junior attorneys. The position offers competitive compensation, a flexible work schedule, and the chance to contribute meaningfully to clients' lives.Duties:Conduct client consultations and secure representation in family law matters.Provide expert legal advice on family law issues, including divorce, child custody, and domestic violence.Serve as the first chair in court proceedings, mediations, and depositions.Mentor and train junior attorneys and legal staff.Collaborate with the legal team to provide high-quality legal representation.Ensure clients receive compassionate and strategic guidance throughout the legal process.Requirements:Minimum of 4 years of experience in family law, including divorce, child custody, and domestic violence cases.Strong knowledge and expertise in Texas family law statutes.Licensed attorney in good standing with the Texas State Bar.Ability to work remotely, with a preference for candidates located in the Dallas Metro area.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Active Texas State Bar License (required).Skills:Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate legal representation.Strong mentoring and team coaching skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proven track record of exceeding performance goals and delivering positive client outcomes.Ability to manage a caseload effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Compensation
