Non-contentious Construction Lawyer

LOD are seeing an increased need for mid to senior level construction lawyers from our leading in-house clients. If you are interested in maintaining a high-quality of work with fantastic clients but are interested in a different and more flexible way of working, then we would love to hear from you.

Experience:

• Experience of advising on non-contentious and some contentious construction work
• Familiarity with key UK standard form construction contracts
• Experience of dealing with Construction Act requirements
• Experience of advising on and running adjudications with assistance of Counsel
