Job description

Title: Sr. Account Executive – Verizon Wireless Business Group Lead
Business Function: Client Services
Location: Remote, USA
The Sr. Account Executive, Indirect Client Services, provides direct growth leadership, overseeing a Regional Account Management (RAM) sales team, maximizing subscriber growth and other initiatives for the Verizon Business Group’s sales channels. In addition, this person will own the growth strategy and client relationships up through the client’s highest level of field leadership. In both areas, the Sr. Account Executive carries accountability for strategy and growth results.
  • Lead and manage a team of RAMs/Sr. RAMs, including establishing productivity metrics, expense, and account management. 
  • Drive growth by developing a sales playbook, identifying key opportunities & holding the team accountable to exceed results. 
  • Collaborate with other internal growth leaders and key stakeholders to align on goals & initiatives, ensuring RAMs/Sr. RAMs are executing high-level objectives.
  • Communicate and reinforce RAMs/Sr. RAMs’ sales compensation incentive plan and provides input to ensure incentives are aligned with account and company goals.
  • Partner with internal Marketing, Solutions and CPM teams to ensure the team is delivering exceptional sales tools, solutions and customer experiences
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred. 
  • 5+ years experience in sales leadership positions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written skills
  • Strong selling, relationship and consultation skills
  • Experience developing sales teams
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies, territory design, quota management and sales compensation
  • Ability to respond effectively to clients, employees and management and handle sensitive and/or confidential communications. 
  • Intermediate computer skills including MS Office required.
  • Ability to apply such concepts to create reports and financial records and present them effectively.
  • Up to 50% domestic travel required.
  • The position will support the entirety of the U.S. and is able to reside in any major metropolitan areas
