Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead global sales and marketing strategies for a cutting-edge warehouse robotics company specializing in garment automation. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join an innovative team and make a significant impact on a global scale.

Title: Sales Manager

Location: Remote (USA-based), with occasional travel

Territory: Global, focusing on North America and Europe

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a global sales team to exceed targets
  • Implement and drive global sales and marketing plans
  • Leverage technical expertise to deliver tailored, ROI-driven solutions
  • Develop and present compelling business cases to customers
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities
  • Build lasting relationships with key customers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth solution delivery
  • Manage the entire sales funnel and pipeline
  • Provide actionable insights on sales performance and market trends

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced technical qualification is a plus
  • 5-7 years of technical sales leadership experience, preferably in warehouse robotics or automation for garments
  • Strong experience in international sales, particularly in North America and Europe
  • Proven ability to simplify complex technical systems and deliver clear, ROI-driven business cases
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Hubspot) and Microsoft Office suite
