Job Title: Bilingual Global Mortgage Client Concierge

Job Type: Full-Time, Remote (US/MX)

Compensation: Competitive salary of $50,000 with potential for discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards for eligible employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the mortgage transaction process, from file initiation to closing.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of credit policies and underwriting guidelines.
  • Ensure timely completion of departmental tasks and document reviews.
  • Collect and evaluate documentation, submit files for underwriting and legal review, and coordinate with legal and closing partners.
  • Communicate mortgage programs, processes, and pricing information clearly to clients.
  • Generate disclosures, request necessary documents, and assist clients with electronic signatures and document portal inquiries.
  • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to confirm fee collection.
  • Maintain professional and transparent communication with clients, partners, and third-party entities.
  • Proactively address challenges and devise creative solutions to enhance client satisfaction.

Required Skills

  • A minimum of three (3) years of recent experience in mortgage processing, ideally in non-QM lending.
  • Fluency in Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing) is essential.
  • Proficient in using Encompass end-to-end.
  • Strong knowledge of underwriting guidelines, particularly in the non-QM borrower sector.
  • Ability to engage effectively with vendors and partners in Mexico.
  • Demonstrated compliance and technical proficiency.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities in both English and Spanish.
  • Proactive and innovative problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

  • Experience in servicing affluent clientele and adaptability to evolving systems and processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to work independently.
  • Proven track record of surpassing client service expectations and meeting turnaround times.
