Job Overview

Join our esteemed team as a Mortgage Lead Call Specialist Representative in a fully remote capacity. This pivotal role involves managing a high volume of inbound and outbound client interactions, utilizing cutting-edge AI technology to assist clients with their mortgage inquiries, and providing tailored solutions that foster strong relationships and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients nationwide through a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
  • Deliver accurate and detailed information regarding various mortgage products and services.
  • Cultivate rapport with clients by attentively listening and effectively addressing their needs.
  • Guide clients in navigating their mortgage inquiries to present suitable solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales and loan officer teams to maintain seamless communication.
  • Utilize an advanced CRM system to manage client information and follow up on leads.
  • Contribute to business growth by delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Adhere to company protocols and maintain weekly schedules.
  • Assess clients to identify optimal mortgage products, facilitate loan locking at the point of sale, and submit preliminary paperless loan packages.
  • Ensure compliance with all closing requirements and stipulations.
  • Effectively manage various types of loans, including Conventional, VA, FHA, and USDA.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional communication and telephone etiquette skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-call volume environment.
  • Experience in a customer service role or call center, with a preference for mortgage or finance backgrounds.
  • Capacity to build rapport with clients and deliver a positive customer experience.
  • Basic knowledge of mortgage terminology and products is advantageous.

Qualifications

  • Must possess a current, valid NMLS license or appointment in good standing.
  • A minimum of two years of sales experience, including two years as a Mortgage Loan Originator or in a related role.
  • For newly licensed candidates, at least five years of sales experience with a willingness to undergo one month of training is required.
  • Flexibility to work approximately 40-45 hours per week is essential.
