Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve systems-related issues to ensure operational continuity.
  • Oversee project execution by coordinating all stages of implementation and delivery.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of business processes, documenting current practices while identifying opportunities for enhancement.
  • Engage collaboratively with cross-functional teams to gather necessary requirements and implement effective solutions.
  • Draft comprehensive documentation, including technical and functional specifications for system modifications.
  • Provide ongoing user support through the creation and maintenance of user guides and documentation.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of expertise in mortgage lending.
  • Strong technical proficiency, particularly with MS Office Suite and Azure DevOps or equivalent platforms.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities, enabling efficient issue resolution.
  • Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects while effectively prioritizing tasks.
