Job Overview

We are in search of a dedicated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to become part of our reputable Trusts & Estates and Real Estate practice groups. This full-time, remote position is perfectly suited for an attorney admitted to practice in New York State, with 0-3 years of experience, who is enthusiastic about contributing to a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Trusts & Estates:

  • Represent clients throughout the estate planning process.
  • Draft a variety of estate planning and trust administration documents.
  • Assist clients with trust funding and offer tailored advice.
  • Navigate Surrogate's Court procedures, including court filings.
  • Manage trust and probate administration matters while adhering to deadlines.

Real Estate

  • Represent clients in property acquisitions and sales.
  • Review real estate documents and provide informed guidance.
  • Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations relevant to real estate transactions.
  • Draft necessary documentation throughout the transaction process.
  • Handle title insurance underwriting, curative matters, and claims.

Qualifications
