Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, Mien, and Korean to join our call center team. In this entry-level role, you will act as a mediator between beneficiaries and medical insurance companies, ensuring clear communication and outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from beneficiaries, aiding and information regarding medical insurance.
  • Facilitate communication between beneficiaries and medical insurance representatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions in our system.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure a positive experience for all callers.


Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, Mien, and Korean (written and verbal).
  • High School Diploma or GED (proof required).
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.


Training:

  • Comprehensive paid training for 3 weeks to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge.


Schedule:

  • Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM.
