Job Summary As passionate “Sales Representative” you will find the optimal solution to sell and promote our high-quality products to our existing customer as well as develop new accounts, to achieve the accountable sales targets and to expand the TIS Cardiology market share in Eastern Andalusia (Spain).
Job Responsibilities Ensure market and product knowledge
As a member of our TIS Cardiology Team you ensure up-to-date knowledge of the market drivers, the competition and market positioning. You know your customers and potential new accounts and have a complete understanding and consideration of their requirements. You are determining in an innovative way action plans and identifying important KOLs.
Achievement sales and profit targets
You are promoting and introducing our Terumo products in Eastern Andalusia (Andalucía Oriental). You set, together with the Area Sales Managers, the targets and price levels and assist to obtain the gross profit of the business and the sales development for your product group and territory.
Implement marketing & sales strategy
You implement defined sales and marketing strategies and develop tactics in order to improve the sales and profitability. You meet with marketing to implement the defined appropriate product and technical support.You organize and set-up internal and external trainings and workshops to demonstrate the appropriate handling of our products and contribute to the health of our patients.Building strong relationships and a well working network are key for this position. You search for active collaboration with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Product Specialists, Regulatory Affairs, Market Access and Business Intelligence) in order to deliver the sales plan; you act as contact for the medical & clinical department concerning clinical trials conducted in your region and you maintain excellent relation with external official parties, authorities and organizations.You attend some conferences and congresses as well as trade fairs, where you are representing the company, as well as acquiring the knowledge of your products of responsibility on Pilgrim and e-learning tools. You are responsible to develop the Business Intelligence strategy by providing information throughout mobile and web tools provided by the company (Terumo 360, Mobile Expenses, Pricing Guide, Power BI…etc.).
Profile description:
- Master or bachelor’s degree, Medical or Paramedical orientation is an asset.
- Relevant working experience (minimum 5 years) in similar function or working with cardiovascular and interventional procedures or similar products.
- Practical knowledge of Sales techniques.
- Good working knowledge of English is an asset.
- Knowledge of the local market and network of Interventional Cardiologists and Vascular Surgeons in Andalusia is an asset.
- Knowledge of SAS (Servicio Andaluz de Salud) and SIGLO platform are an asset.
- Sales talent, skills in negotiation and highly communicative.
- Flexibility, own initiative, commitment, and good team skills.
- Excellent time-and self-management.
- Preferably you live in the center of the region (Malaga - Granada)
