What you can expect when joining the team

Based out of British Columbia  and reporting to the VP of Sales, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Petal’s innovative medical billing solution, to healthcare professionals, agencies and clinics.


Experience in SaaS sales as well as excellent relationship building, negotiation, and technical skills will enable you to be successful in this role. Experience in a medical environment is a major asset.


Your daily life

In your day to day, you will be led to:

  • Gain a deep understanding of our medical billing product and how the solution can help simplify the lives of physicians;
  • Proactively source new sales opportunities through prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, and referrals;
  • Qualify leads from digital campaigns, organic traffic, tradeshows and webinars;
  • Develop strong relationships with potential clients, truly understand their needs and requirements;
  • Conduct discovery calls, product demos and webinars, demonstrating the medical billing solution’s value proposition and ROI;
  • Manage a robust pipeline of opportunities, tracking all sales activities, client interactions, and progress through Salesforce CRM;
  • Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to provide client feedback, market insights, and help refine sales strategies and product offerings;
  • Represent the company at tradeshows and industry events when needed.
