Job description

GoTeam is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator who has at least 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in Australian recruitment. This role involves receiving and responding to after-hours calls from both clients and candidates, assisting in labor requests, and ensuring proper documentation. What You Will Do:

  • Receiving calls from clients and candidates, handling their inquiries and providing assistance with professionalism and a focus on meeting their needs.
  • Facilitating calls for labor requests and shift-related matters ensuring smooth arrangements and resolving any scheduling challenges that may arise.
  • Recording all incoming calls in a meticulous and organized manner to ensure comprehensive and accurate records of all client and candidate interactions.
  • Managing the input and maintenance of candidate and client information within the Bullhorn system, ensuring that all data is accurate, up to date, and effectively organized.
  • Keeping a close eye on the status of placements to ensure that all recruitment processes are timely and aligned with client expectations.
  • Assisting in the generation of reports related to compliance in recruitment processes, ensuring that all processes adhere to relevant regulations and standards.
  • Conducting thorough audits of job advertisements and semantically aligning them with job requirements to optimize the effectiveness of candidate searches and recruitment efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in Australian recruitment
  • Proficiency in using ATS, preferably in Bullhorn or JobAdder
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent English communication skills for phone, text, and email
  • Experience in workforce rostering
  • Strong work ethic and flexibility in work schedule
  • Ability to handle administrative tasks in a database
  • Experience in candidate sourcing and communication
