Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM) Remote in the Caribbean

This individual should bring to the role a level of creative thinking, ingenuity, drive, and problem-solving on par with any agile start-up. Not only will this person drive candidate sourcing and management from inception through to completion across several high-priority topics but they will set a new pace and framework for our way of working. The role will blend hands-on delivery while playing a leadership role in several strategic recruiting initiatives.

The role of the Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM) is to drive the full spectrum of the recruiting efforts and to fulfill the consulting staff people needs to be generated by the sales team/ CxO/BU/Clients, including candidate pipeline development, planning and participating in the interview process, candidate communication and relationship building and all conversion activities.

This individual reports directly to the CxO, also works closely with the Sales Manager and Strategic Recruitment Partners (SRPs) and regional Talent Acquisition leadership.

YOU'RE GOOD AT

  • Driving the recruiting strategy development
  • Overseeing recruiting efforts in support of annual Consultant hiring targets.
  • Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and converting candidates from managed schools/programs, formal channels (e.g., online applications, referrals), and candidates from "alternate" / industry sources
  • Decision-round interviewing & offeree conversion
  • Responsible for developing processes and driving change for new initiatives (e.g., short lead time recruiting
  • Manage, lead, and develop the recruiting team/recruitment partners (currently scoped 5 direct recruitment partners)
  • Ensuring diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies and principles are incorporated throughout the steps in the hiring process, from pipeline development to conversion; recommend creative and results-oriented ideas to cultivate a diverse pipeline
  • Collecting and analyzing information and data to evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting efforts
  • Acting as an initial contact for candidates, recruitment partners/agencies, channels; responding and following up with all candidates, recruitment partners/agencies, channels inquiries; establishing and building relationships with top priority candidates
  • Scheduling, planning, and executing recruiting campaigns
  • Preparing analysis and required reports
  • Helping to lead and drive continuous improvement efforts in recruiting
  • Managing short lead time recruiting efforts for the office in close coordination with the other Sales Managers/BUs
  • Ensuring recruiting records, global database, and metrics are up-to-date and accurate
  • Understanding and enforcing company and function policies, and managing risk
  • Building networks and liaising with peers team (internal/external) ensure alignment on all initiatives; actively participate in the Talent Acquisition Leads team calls, meetings, and joint work
  • Select specific responsibilities to deliver on the above including:
  • Specialist training and engagement
  • Decision round candidate selection
  • Candidate coaching and feedback, relationship support
  • Conversion strategy and conversion tracking
  • Special analysis/project coordination
  • Partner and Principal meeting, and staff meeting support
  • Supporting other initiatives, such as affiliation and engagement with new recruitment partners
  • Leading and executing strategic projects/campaigns as needed
  • Market mapping of relevant companies, sectors and geographies, identifying target organizations, networks and talent pools
  • Managing key stakeholders as a trusted partner and valued advisor; building a deep understanding of the ITI's Tech/Non-Tech role requirements and desired candidate profiles.
  • Building talent pipelines to fill current and future roles and drive improvements in time to hire.
  • Embed global best practices and drive operational effectiveness through process improvement and ongoing coaching and mentoring of key stakeholders.
  • Help shape and implement the recruiting strategy by leading initiatives and contributing to global projects.

You Bring (experience & Qualifications)

Education and experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required, MBA or other graduate degree strongly preferred
  • 6-10 or more years of previous recruiting, HR or other related experience. Prior professional services recruiting experience is a plus
  • Supervisory/management experience required
  • Consulting experience or exposure a plus
  • Experience working successfully within a complex matrix-structured organization
